Baked Ziti

I cooked some baked ziti for our after church gathering today. The directions said to cover with aluminum foil and bake for a half hour. I prepared the stuff the day before and so it had been in the refrigerator. The directions said if you do this to add 10 minutes. I think I should have taken off the foil… the top and sides of the baked ziti were cool. It was highly frustrating.

The recipe was alright, but it wasn’t really spicy enough. Maybe it was just cold and I couldn’t tell, who knows?

I can handle cold food and hot food, but not coldandhot food…

If I can figure out what spices to add, I’ll put the recipe up…
