Turkey does contain tryptophan, an amino acid which is a natural sedative. But tryptophan doesn't act on the brain unless it is taken on an empty stomach with no protein present
The protein in the turkey should take care of the problem.

Excellent movie. I never really liked Joaquin Phoenix, but he was great in this movie he was apparently actually singing. I recently read Cash the autobiography, so I think I like this movie a little better than Ray.
