If anyone finds a safety razor handle that swivels like modern throways, I'd be interested. I tried shaving with fixed angle razor once and it was much more difficult for me.

Having converted to the safety razor, I can report that it’s not only cheaper, but a superior experience, once you get the hang of it. Definitely need a badger brush and some good soap to make it work–the lather and preparation of the skin are pretty important to protecting yourself against nicks.
