I guess the question is: “Was it actually a technical glitch?” or are Microsoft and NBC just dodging the popular uprising against their mistake?

Good. I’m glad it’s not just me that thinks most news sites are just regurgitations from one original source. (I suppose this is similar to flipping through all the TV news shows at 6pm.) I’ve also noticed on cnn.com that there are often new articles, but they just attach a few more sentences to old articles. I get all excited like Jojo the idiot circus boy about new news but am usually disappointed.
