DVD Hack

October 5, 2007 – 6:03 am

I’m using Netflix lately. I was using Blockbuster Online for a while because of the free rentals with an envelope, but there are only so many movies in a store (and hours in the day).

Lots of Netflix DVD’s have scratches on them. I don’t get it. What are people doing with these disks?

Anyway, toothpaste works great if that movie just won’t play. Just put a little bit on the playing side, rub it around, and wash it off (with water).

  2. I’ve also heard that quick-drying concrete and seaweed work like a charm to clean off not only dvds but cds, tv s, toilets covers but not seats, etc. Your toothpaste tip is soooo passe. Get on the ball Kanoll.

  3. I don’t know about you, but I don’t keep quick-drying concrete or seaweed around… :P
