The one on the right is an avocado tree that I started from a pit. It will either take about 7 years for it to produce avocados, or it will never produce avocados… depending on who you believe…
The one on the left is a ginger plant that sprouted from a root I had… so I planted it… I guess it is annual, but I have no idea…
