ahhh - but with no ALW, who would we mock? After all, with CATS, PHANTOM, JOSEPH, EVITA….reallly - what is there in Musical Theatre to make fun of? Sondheim? - NEVER!
plus, there has to be something for all those blue-haired old ladies to go see and rave about. Il Divo isn’t going to be enough.

I’ve never seen it, but I did play the song “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Which I’m assuming plays a part in that musical) while in marching band in high school…
It was like all the other ALW music… not my style.
