Adidas+iPod
October 18, 2006 – 1:00 pmSo, I lost my iPod… it will either turn up, or it was stolen, or it will be stolen, where ever it is lost at, or something else that I haven’t though of yet.
Until then, I consider my new iPod nano a business expense, since I use it (or will, I got it yesterday) at work.
What sold me was that the Nike+iPod was not 50 bucks. At $29.99 the price was just right. However Nike sells “compatible” shoes for at least $85. So I bought a $5 shoe insert, cut out a little bit, and taped the insert in there.
Verdict? Works like a charm.
I ran/walked a mile this morning. It made me feel kinda sick, but then I realized I hadn’t eaten anything, so I had a bowl of cereal and I feel better.
I’m going to try putting the insert in my soccer cleats and seeing how far I run at soccer practice today.
