There are a few things that flock does that are un-mac(or maybe just Apple)-like.

In Safari, if I click on the icon in the dock, Safari either brings a browser window to the front, pulls one out of the dock (if there is one minimized) or opens a new one if there is not one open (or if the downloads window is the only one open). Flock just brings up whatever window avaliable. If the downloads window is the only one open, that comes to the front and that is it…

Flock also has a weird behaviour where different built in tools have their own set of menus. So if my flickr uploader is the only flock window open, I cannot open a new browser window since the uploader doesn’t have that option in it’s menus.

I hope they fix this stuff in future versions.
