Miracle Juice

January 25, 2006 – 9:45 pm

I delved into the cookbook my mom gave me for christmas and pulled out a recipe, which turned out to be pretty good, so I will pass it along:

combine:
64 oz. Apple Juice
42 oz. Grape Juice
12 oz. Honey (Locally produced preferred)
8 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apparently locally produced honey may help sufferers of hay fever (Here is a link to a report that didn’t disprove this idea) and Apple Cider Vinegar is a folk remedy for all sorts of things (Here is a link to a report that lists some, then says that nothing is proven)
The vinegar does, however, add a nice touch to the flavor of the juice.

  2. Is this concoction for anything specific (such as calming down the hay fever) or purely for the enjoyment of the drinker?

  3. if you use local honey it is supposed to help with hay fever… I just used the cheepest honey since there wasn’t any local honey avaliable.

I like it for the taste, personally
