Strange

So I did a hamstring workout today… Strength and conditioning didn’t meet, but we have 2 workouts to do on our own. The strange thing is that I didn’t have a guideline weight for each excercise, so I got the “This really hurts I wanna stop” effect instead of the “Wow, my muscles have stopped responding” effect. I guess with the right amount it never really hurts, it just wears you out?
