So my bro tells me this morning “This is the beginning of snow season.” Aparently it can snow any time from here on out… But Kim, the one from Minnesota, tells me that it usually starts snowing in January or February.

I finally bowed to convention and bought a piece of non-inflatable furnature. So far I’ve just been piling stuff near walls. So I got a Folding Table. Unfortunately it is a “camp table” and apparently when these guys camp they don’t care so much about “parallel-to-the-ground-ness” in their table tops… I’ve got a peaked table… I guess if it rains I don’t have to worry about water pooling on top of the plastic table… You know what those puddles of water do to plastic…

Cooking. I do it for myself now. So I got some recipes for your enjoyment.

Cheesy Rice Surprise
Cook some Rice
Put a can of ranch style beens in it about halfway through the rice’s cook time
Add seasoned Vinegar
Add pepper
Add Lil’ Smokies (optional; you don’t even have to make up your mind now… you’ll see)
Put the whole thing in an air-tight container
Put the container in the fridge
Open it up later
throw the whole thing in a frying pan with some olive oil
Add more pepper (fresh ground preferred)
Maybe some more seasoned Vinegar
Add Cheese (surprise!)
Add Lil’ Smokies (or not… this is still optional, but you gotta make a decision now)
Heat ’till sizzlin’ (that isn’t a quotation, just some elision)
Eat… maybe wait until it stops sizzlin’… your choice

So yeah… about 3 handfulls of rice turned into 4 meals… it was great.

I’ll spare you the second recipee until later (I’ll see how this one goes over)

I had my first test today. It was in Old Testament.
20%- Genesis 1-3
40%- Story of Abraham, Chapter by Chapter (Chps. 12-25)
20%- Story of Joseph
20%- Questions from Textbook

Yeah, we had 50 minutes to do it (really 55) and I got to kinda scribble (except I was using my computer, so it wasn’t really scribbling…) half an answer in the last section. So hopefully I did perfect in the other sections and I get a B…

I don’t care too much, cuz this class is for me, not for my resume…

There is probably something I’m forgetting, but then again, maybe there isn’t. Who knows?
