Read and Reading:

June 26, 2005 – 4:13 pm

I have finished The Illiad, the first book I read at St. John’s. I plan on going back through all the books, this time reading them from cover to cover (in many cases we read selections from books…) But so as not to burn myself out, I’m putting other books in between. Since then I have read Wild at Heart by John Eldredge and Celebration of Discipline by Richard Foster. Now I am working on Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Lu Kuan-chung, and following that I’m planning on reading The History of the Church by Eusebius. Then I think I will get back to The Odyssey.
